We are a four minute walk from the historic market town of Pickering and the North Yorkshire Moors Railway. Our location makes Eleven Westgate an ideal base to explore the surrounding area with the historic city of York and the east coast towns of Whitby, Scarborough, Filey and Bridlington all around 30 minutes away by car, bus or train.

In land there are many picturesque towns and villages with Helmsley, Thornton le Dale and Hutton le Hole only a few miles away.
Heartbeat fans will know that Goathland, known as 'Aidensfield', is also close at hand. We are also within walking distance of the Pickering conference and exhibition center.

We are also only 5 minutes drive from Dalby Forest which offers everything from a picturesque 9 mile forest drive to adrenaline fuelled activities such as Go Ape (the high wire treetop adventure) or the amazing new mountain bike trail network.
